Set your service windows
Tell ChurchSight when your services run. Cameras count only inside those windows, never continuously.
No clicker counters, no tallies on scrap paper. A PTZ camera above the stage counts the congregation in the room, door cameras cover your entrances, and the count arrives in your briefing after each service — as anonymous totals, not identities.
Four steps, and none of them involve a clicker counter or a cloud full of video.

A PTZ camera above the stage sweeps the seating sections from locked, versioned presets and counts the congregation in the room, round by round.
Door cameras cover your entrances, so arrivals are measured against the grace period you set for each service.
Analytics run on redundant AI servers ChurchSight owns and physically controls. Your video is never handed to a public cloud provider; only aggregate metrics reach your dashboard.
A headcount is only useful if you know when it's right. Every number carries its source and confidence.
Counting people in a sanctuary is not the same as watching them. ChurchSight keeps the two apart. Read our privacy commitments.
A PTZ camera mounted above the stage counts the congregation in the room, and door cameras cover your entrances. ChurchSight works with approved local cameras through vendor adapters; the initial supported path is UniFi Protect. Cameras run only during the service windows you define.
Every count says how far to trust it. A count that agrees with a manual headcount of the same service within 5% is marked verified; otherwise it is published as an estimate with its confidence label. A section the camera could not see is reported unavailable, never counted as empty.
Attendance counting is anonymous — it produces totals, not identities — so no individual consent is required. Notices posted at your entrances state that entering the building implies consent to photo and video capture. Any identity feature is separate and stays off unless your jurisdiction permits it and you explicitly enable it.
No. ChurchSight does not use a public cloud for video. Video is processed on redundant AI servers ChurchSight owns and physically controls at our own facility, and only aggregate metrics reach your dashboard.
